Projects may be cancelled before work begins. Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed depending on the work completed.
Refund Eligibility
Payments made for completed or partially completed services are generally non-refundable.
Digital Service Nature
Since our services involve creative and digital work, refunds cannot be guaranteed after delivery or active execution.
Delays
Delays caused due to lack of client communication, approvals, or material submission are not eligible for refunds.
